[Resolved]  Renault — warranty related complaint

My car with no: rj01 cc 5211,
The below person sold the old model car to me
Mr vishal (Sale person) - [protected]
Mr pathak (Sale manager) - [protected]

Lots of complain through email done at renault customer care but no satisfactory reply received.

They both sale the old 2014 car model (See attachment) by telling benefit of buying old model, that you will get 4 (2+2) yr warranty with 4 year road side assist.
Mr pathak also told warranty will be automatically done by company online system as sceme is there in 2014 model. (Listen it in recording attached below dated[protected] pathak renault).
Also mr pathak was telling that this warranty scheme is their, he is not refusing that you (Customer) have buyed the car in 2015 feb, so you will not get the warranty, in any of his recording till november 2015 (Even after 9 month after purchase).
Mr vishal, also not refusing that you will not get the warranty, instead mr vishal is forwarding it to mr pankaj (Service person) and mr pathak to contact for warranty punch in online system (Even after 9 month after purchase).
On asking warranty paper they told no need of paper, on insisting about warranty paper service person found extended warranty not punched on system. Mr vishal (Sales), previously told about warranty will be given by him, but later he told warranty punch in system will be done by mr pankaj (Service person) and mr pathak.

On listening the audio, you will understand why i buyed old year 2014 car model in new year 2015, as mr pathak & mr vishal, both told by buying old 2014 car model customer will get 4 (2+2) yr warranty with 4 year road side assist, as this scheme is their in old car model.
(Kindly put yourself in place of customer, your will not buy old model (Car, mobile, anything, etc.) until unless you will get extra benefit from company), it is sales person fault that they are saleing old item by telling lie.

WHO ARE CHEATING CUSTOMER ON BEHALF OF RENAULT

RENAULT TEAM - CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD CALL US AFTER LISTENING ALL THESE AUDIO RECORDING, IF THEY WANT (EXCUSE) WE CAN EMAIL ALL AUDIO RECORDINGS AGAIN.

ALSO, NO PROPER clarification GIVEN, IN LAST TALK WITH MR NEERAJ JI ( from CUSTOMER CARE GURGAON ), he told, HE IS FORWARDING THIS ISSUE TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES,
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM NEERAJ JI AFTER THAT,

WHAT SHOULD CUSTOMER UNDERSTAND, YOU ARE WITH CUSTOMER OR YOU ARE SUPPORTING RENAULT DEALER WHO ARE SELLING CAR BY FOUL MEANS OR TELLING LIE ?
