[Resolved] Renault — worst customer service and car quality | |||||
I have purchased renault kwid before 2 weeks. They have delivered car with red ribbon on car body as gift wrap. On same day there was rain and due to rain the red color of ribbon melt down on car body and i am not able to remove even after multiple wash. So first of all bad quality of car. Secondly i asked to sales person and showroom manager to clean the same. They said that we will pick car (Due to workshop is far away from home) and resolve the issue and drop car to home. Now i am struggling from last 1 week, no one come to pick car. Even i remind then personally 2 time and 2 time on call still no one care. Then i complaint on renault india website but still no one care. Worst after service. They don't care once they sold out car. Was this information helpful? | |||||
