[Resolved]  Renault — Worst customer support in Guduvanchery Renault service center

Hi Team, I took my 2018 model Renault Kwid car to Guduvanchery authorized Renault service center on June 28, 2002 for the below complaints.

Vehicle Number: TN 09, CP 2128

1. Installing Renault Kwid roof rail.
2. Installing Front Chrome insert.
3. Installing side rubber Cladder.
4. Topping up Coolant oil
5. Tight clutch complaint.

For installation of Roof Rail, chrome insert and side rubber cladder, i called the same Guduvanchery authorized Renault service center on June 18 itself and they informed me that currently there is no roof rail stock at this center and promised me that they will transfer the stock from Ambattur service service center on the very next day. After that no response from Guduvanchery authorized Renault service center. So i called them on after 7 days since there is no follow up or any update on the same. On June 25, they again informed still they have not transferred the roof rail from Ambattur even after 7 days when they promised only 1 day for stock transfer. 1st promise failed.

After 2 days, june 28, they told that all stocks are available and asked me to take the vehicle to Guduvanchery Renault service center, which i took my vehicle and handover to them after listing out all my above said 5 car works.

After 5 hours, i received a call from Guduvanchery authorized Renault service center and they said, the chrome insert is not compatible for your model and they will transfer the stock from different services centre. .

I asked them, why was it not informed before I took the vehicle to service center. They don't have answer for that. Don't they know which stock is suitable for which model car. 2nd promise failed

Regarding side rubber cladder, after 5 hours they said kwid does not have rubber cladder and hence it can't be installed. 3rd promise failed.

Lets look into the vehicle performance promise.

I asked them to top up the vehicle coolant oil and i have bought a coolant oil from outside and kept it in vehicle and asked them to topup the coolant oil since it is not in max level. They promised me that they will top up the same. But that was also not looked into it. They simply forget about this complaint. Using the chip tool, they know that my vehicle has engine tempreture problem. But still they have looked into it which clearly shows that they do jot care about the safety of the customers. If not they would have topped up the coolant oil. 4th promise failed.

Regarding clutch liver tightness, they said that they will check and fix that issue. But that work is also not looked into it. 5th promise failed.

They said that they will arrange a front chrome insert in next 2 days and get back to me. But even after 5 days I have not received a single call from them till now and now the date is July 3, 2022. ⁶th promise failed.

I am not sure how Renault has chosen this worst center as a authorized Renault service center that too in a metro politan city.

I want Renault to check this and take appropriate action on the service center and make sure no other valuable customer is experiencing the same worst experience again.
