[Resolved] Renault — Worst servicing by Renault AS Rao Nagar (ECIL) | |||
There are 2 problems to quote. 1) I have purchased the vehicle from SRI SRI SRI Renault (Bhoiguda, Secunderabad) in the first week of November. Since second week onwards, I observed noise when I apply break and I have told the same to the company and they told this is common problem in KWID vehicles. Not a customer friendly franchise. Their RTA agent has taken extra Rs.650 for vehicle registration and when we complained to SRI SRI SRI, they told we will get the money returned. It has been more than a month and no one is taking the responsibility to revert the money. 2) Again after 3 weeks from purchase (around 30-Nov-2016) I felt the noise is increased and went to the Service center in AS Rao Nagar (ECIL), they told again its common in KWID vehicles and we will fix it in the first servicing. I have given my new Kwid vehicle on 30-Dec-2016 for the first servicing mentioning the noise problem which is not good. They have returned the vehicle mentioning that they have fixed the problem. But in reality the break noise has not come down and still exists. I called up the service manager (Mahesh) on 3-Jan-2017 and explained that you have not fixed the problem. He accepted the faulty service and told one of the drivers will pick up the vehicle and we will rectify the trouble this time. But no one has called me or approached me. This is the worst experience I had with Renault and kind of false promises to the customer. 3) I called up today (12-Jan-2017) customer care and given a complaint on the above.
