[Resolved] Renault — Wrong Commitment and poor service level | |||
I visited Renault service ceter vapi (Gujarat) on 17.03.2017 (Friday) for Painting and repairing of scratches of my kwid's left side back door under scheme of 3 days holi Festiwal.. I meet to Mr. Hasmukh in this regards ho commit me to deliver the car on Tuesday (21.03.2017) evening 17.00 Hrs . I visited vapi service center on 17.03.2017 at 17.00 hrs for take delivery (I would like to inform you i am living in Umbergaon 40 KM far from vapi service center) but Mr. hasmukh denied that car is not ready and he again committed to give delivery on 22.03.2017 at 13.00 hrs, , accordingly i visited on same time but he again refused that car is not ready and again committed to give car by 16.00 hrs which again he fails on his promise. now he told me that he will arrange physical delivery at my residence up to 19.00 hrs but again i am waiting, , this is 20.00 hrs time is running but still i not received car. on phone is continue saying that car has been move and reaching but there is no proper response.. I am totally fed-up that how he can give wrong and wrong commitment each time ..now in late night how i will check the pain work in dark night .. this experience i have been faced on my earlier visit ...At Vapi servce center there no any mature peoples who attend customer maturely and respond to customer authentic ..further there is no any transparency on scheme available and what benifit of this holi scheme i will get. could you have standard time schedule / time table that how may days service center can take for whcih type of work.. there is monopoly style they are using at vapi service center.. Could you please take any action to improve your service and commitment level .. Hope you will do something for future improvement and for arrest this type of complaint from customer.
