yes absolutely right I am an x employee of riinfotech. I have seen how programmers spent their time playing with screen. There was a employee she was mba in finance. when she was fresher she use to make blunder mistakes in making a simple one liner invoice. She had a big fight with our sir. her entire female family came to fight with our sir just on a chq bounce this could happen to any struggling company. she got the cash next day but her entire family humiliated our sir. he could not do any thing because he is outsider. Such a humiliation I have never seen. This kind of women and peoples brings down the confidence of a businessman. I always respect my sir he is doing his bit in the growth of our country. Yes I apeal to all my fellow employees please humiliate these business men who are struggling business community they dont have right to start business unless they have lots of money to pay us . We fellow employees have all the right to humiliate all these start up business community it does not matter if we dont know who is our prime minister? Some o[censored]s so called mba s and engineers fresher I have seen there interviews they were unable aswer who is India s prime minister ? but I do agree they have all the right to fight against start up business owner just on a single mistake. bravo our fellow employee today I understand why we are called ... Indians. We all want to live in dreams. bravo my fellow employee we dont have talent but we are still proud that we are cheap talents. Let me tell you what happened with HR girl. Mr Ved gave her job with 16K salary per month (When his company was having only 3 employees and that to engineers freshers.) If you can not afford to pay 16K salary per month, You should not hire any employee. After not paying her salary for 2 months and humiliating her with her work(when Mr ved himself calls MBA graduate and not knowing how to manage people), She called her father. Her father came to RI infotech office and took Mr Ved's laptop(Lol). To get his laptop, Mr ved paid her salary. And this is not only single case. There was another girl working as telecaller, with whom Mr ved have done same thing.
As per client's complaint, I can give you number of client's who were frustrated due to knowledge of Mr. Ved in business.
