Renderindia Infotech — Non Payment of Salaries of Employees | |||
I am writing this complaint about Renderindia Infotech alias Ri Infotech a small web development company is Belapur, Navi Mumbai which cheats is customers, clients and even employess by not paying salary. 1st : Company is only located in Mumbai i.e. Belapur Navi Mumbai and claiming its location in Delhi, Chandigarh & Banglore 2nd: Company has hardly 3- 4 employees (those employees are not paid on time) 3rd: Calls BE/MCA/Bsc(IT) freshers for the post of trainee web developer and asks for money INR 7000 to 10000 and makes them work till night many times even late nights and after 1 month trainee they don't provide any job in their company. 4th: Employees are never paid on time. The Boss(VedPrakash Srivastava) is an illiterate person claiming himself to be an MBA in Marketing pays employees salaries in cheque and the cheque bounces. He purposely bounces the cheque to not to pay. and if a employee leaves after working for 2-3 months giving his whole time there and then he kicks him and again hires another fresher or experienced person and same cycle repeats. I am ex-employee of the company still go there to collect my salary havent got it yet and the employees who are working there are still not geting there salaries. I seriously pity those BE(IT)/MCA/Bsc(IT)/BCA freshers who start their career and end up here. This is to advice you if you get a call from this company dont go Was this information helpful? | |||

I had also got a call from this company. But information provided by you really saved my life. Thanks a lot ! I pray to God that you will get your salary soon.
These people never pay the salary. If you ask for it, they humiliate you and fire you. they also make a fool of the client by telling them that they have offices in bnaagalore hyderabad delhi and also USA. They just have an office in Navi Mumbai. They are just conning on to people. The boss mr Ved Srivvastava is an who purposefull gives salaries in cheques that bounce. 2nd boss Mr Sachin is a letcher he only knows how to chase girls and ogle them. there are no permanent employees just 4-5 people . rest all are sufferers. Never ever go to this company. They are real theifs. They did not pay my 2 moth salary.
I want to complaint about an employee called as Siddhesh Dongare.He is the Project Manager of RI.
When i was working as an intern used to work on their projects.i mean why i need to work on that stupid project.He is stupid and doesnot coordinate with interns.he only coordinates with accountant.
I mean look at him.He is a black bear and she is a white rabbit.I hope she is also frustated with black bear siddhesh.he is the student of sachin knows to chase girls and ogle them.so it was better leavin the company on the month of april.Ved sir is good because he takes the person to wonderland and speaks nonsense.If you are planning to go beware of black bear.

Even i had an issue with my Salary.I had not got got salary for 2 months

No this is wrong.Mr. Ved has been a great boss.how could U write this.he has been a great source of inspiration for all the employees.Salary may have been delayed but have got the complete salary.And I worked under Siddhesh sir, he is a good project manager.i was under him.i knew him very well.there's nothing between sachin sir and his behaviour.he only talks to girls to encourage them to work.and I don't know what are U saying about siddhesh and jovita.it seems like U have written this for fun.there's nothing but a pure relationship of brothers and sisters.All the employees and the boss follow this rules.shame on U dude.that's it what I have to say about RI InfoTech.

I hope you are out of your conscious brain while you are writing this. I have also been an ex-employee and everything said by others here is cent percent truth. This is a forum to file a complaint and resolve it. So, if you can resolve their issues by paying them their due salaries, better. If you can't then just the hell up. No one is asking for explanation.

The story mentioned below by the person is absolutely right, Onwer Vedprakesh Srivastav is fraud, he dont pay to his employees and trap his customers take the money from them dont do there project and dont return the money as well, please be aware of this company RI Infotech, dont join if you are serious about your career.
I agree with the 1st complaint. RI infotech is the worst place to work at. I worked there for a long time and was never paid in time. Mostly the boss mr ved Srivastava gave me cheques that bounced. May salary for the month of march and april 2013 was not paid by them. When I asked for it in april end then Mr Ved said that he cannot pay it. When i forced it so he humilated me and fired me from the job. He is a real .. doesn't even know the "B" of a business and call himself a businessman. They dont have any permanent employees also. Not more than 5 permanent people are there rest all are sufferers. to show the employee strength there are always new Interns hired. Mr ved tells the people and clients that he has more than 60 people working and has offices in Delhi, bangalore and also in USA while the fact is that there is only one office in navi mumbai. He is a real fake person who is only fooling the clients and the new hired people over there. When somebody new joins in we were being told not to talk about salaries to them. The other boss Mr Sachin Pendse is also a nonsense person. He only knows how to chase and ogle at girls. These people are real Theifs and they are conning on others. Do not ever go there if you get a call.
