I have booked on villa in renowned group lotus villa, and they commited max 6 month they will provide possession and he took money but still i am waiting for the villa. Pls suggest me what shold i do. Should i complaint to bank and in consumer court. I m very disappointed with such tyoe of behaviour from builders and renowned group members.
