I have booked on villa in renowned group lotus villa, and they commited max 6 month they will provide possession and he took money but still i am waiting for the villa. Pls suggest me what shold i do. Should i complaint to bank and in consumer court. I m very disappointed with such tyoe of behaviour from builders and renowned group members. If anyone booked villa with this builder then pls update me with yiur experience....

no complaint fully satisfied with renowned group
I already purchase 2bhk flat in crossing republic with renowned group i am totally satisfied with this group today every body know about the condition of builder in noida.in that case i think renowned is the trust-able brand in noida. I personally suggest to all go with renowned group. Office staff have cooperative nature. Seo mr. Shalender sharma is also very humble person.

Crossing Republik project of Srishti Homes seems good project, people are trustworthy but observed on RERA site some mismatch in details in there project ID UPRERAPRJ7939 to what they publish. They assured o[censored]pdating the same but we are waiting ...

Hi,
I have purchased a 1 BHK flat from Renowned group in lotus villa society Jalpura adjoint to sector 1 greater noida west. I have paid all my dues and completed registry in 24 dec 2016 however still i did not get my possession.
They are just postponing it by 20 to 30 days again and again. Please help and suggest what should i do now.

Sorry to hear your experience, but yours must be rarest of rare case, i too have bought villa in the same project, and things went very satisfactory, in your case there must be some unusual factor . but you dont need to worry, they will sort out your problem very soon. there management takes the complains very seriously
you are right adarsh even i had very good experience with renowned group, i too bought a villa with them and my experience too was satisfactory, they did excellent customer service and delivered the villa at scheduled time.
Mr. Adarsh Sinha, who are you..why are you miss guiding people by giving false positive feedback for Renowned Group. I know you are part of this group and putting trying to cover up negative feedback about this group.

I agree with above complain. They promise something and don't deliver anything. I am also facing issue with my villa which was scheduled to delivered by December, 2016 and yet not no news. Hardly getting any response from office as they dont often pick the call these days.

I also booked one vila but there is no any date for the possession. They commited max six month but i am still waiting and no body picking call ar reply any sutisfactorily reason. I am thinking to complain in bank as well as consumer court to take back my hard earned money

Thank you all for letting me know about the situation. i was about to make payment to this builder. but now i will not. thank you all for the feedback i will also ask my friend and relative not to purchase this property
