Company is into renting services of furniture, electronics etc., i have ordered for a cot and mattress recently on which i have received a confirmation mail with local contact numbers vide order vide no.[protected]. I received a call from a local guy stating that only refurbished furniture is available that too of a different model. I have told the guy that he may bring the same but if they are not of good quality, i’ll return and cancel the order. Since then he stopped answering calls. There is no response on other numbers. Surprisingly no response on the toll free numbers even after multiple attempts. Hope this is not a fraud company. If not pl arrange for refund of advance i paid. Was this information helpful? |
