Rentrip.in — no refund for what i paid without using their services

I have booked their Suzuki Access 125 scooter on 06 dec 2025.i contacted the dealer he is asking my license and passport, but i lost my original driving license, he asked for other original documents.so i provided 5000rs deposit instead of 2000 rs.so i asked to cancel the customer support to cancel booking and asked refund amount of 4, 667 which paid for to confirm the booking.now they are saying this amount is not refundable, which is am not used their service not a one second.they are saying its their company policy.withuout providing any services how they take my money.
