I accidentally booked a Jupiter scooter twice and then cancelled one booking for which I was charged INR 967. Kindly initiate the refund for the same as I’ve already booked the same scooter for one week.

I rented one bike (Classic 350) for my trip to spiti valley from rentrip.in. I paid for bs4 model and was given assurance that i would be given a bs4 model only. But after i reach manali the bike provider gave me a bike which was old and not at all bs4 model. I could get that kind of bike in 20% lesser price. I wasted my time on rentrip.in for hours for nothing one of the worst portals one can ever found with all fake information. I found that their owner agam raghav puts fake ads for getting the attention only they put fake prices and bikes oon their website and when you want to rent them none of those motorcycles are available with them which they call as their offices. they take quotes fromm retailers and double the price before advertising...
