I accidentally booked a Jupiter scooter twice and then cancelled one booking for which I was charged INR 967. Kindly initiate the refund for the same as I’ve already booked the same scooter for one week.

I rented one bike (Classic 350) for my trip to spiti valley from rentrip.in. I paid for bs4 model and was given assurance that i would be given a bs4 model only. But after i reach manali the bike provider gave me a bike which was old and not at all bs4 model. I could get that kind of bike in 20% lesser price. As i was late reaching manali and i already applied for rohtang permit with that bike's number i was not given any other choice to take some other bike. After the trip i contacted rentrip but they tried to take the responsibility with fake excuses. Their information in the booking receipt were false. I was bludered to pay them beforehand. Please do not choose such organisation for your trip ever.

Please check this anti trust bureau id on this website. If you will see the profile of this id, you will come to know that complains posted from this id have one thing in common. He posted complaints about rana cabs who is a bike rental company and rentrip who is also a bike rental company. It's a defamation stunt and nothing else.

He want to defame other companies and want to shine his own business in chandigarh. He does not have any invoice or booking from any company. Since this person is also in the business of visa etc, he posted complaints about a visa company too.

He says everyone is fake except him. He goes to internet cafe and make gmail accounts and post with different fake id. Please check his profile and complains posted by him.

I found that their owner agam raghav puts fake ads for getting the attention only they put fake prices and bikes oon their website and when you want to rent them none of those motorcycles are available with them which they call as their offices. they take quotes fromm retailers and double the price before advertising...
