Dear Sir,
I have too many issues with this Repco Bank, Trichy. It seems they are making fraud to so many customers. This makes me to write this letter.
The issues are listed below.
1) I opened Account in Repco Bank, Trichy branch and i deposited Rs.20, 000/- for in my wife name. But did not give the bank pass book. Now, i closed that account.
But did not give the account statement.
2) I took loan of Rs.4 Lakhs of house loan with 12% interest in 2011. I closed this loan chapter in August 2015. While closing the Bank made a statement that
it is a secure loan with 17% interest.
3) I opened the RD Account in Repco Bank. I did transaction for 14 months and i closed but, still i did not get any closing statement and account details..
4) For another home loan of Rs.19 lakhs. Which i took from same Repco Home Finance Ltd for that i decided to loan take over for same other bank then they put 6%
take over charges and they did provide any details for that loan(Loan tracking statement)
At last for all above loans no sanctions letter are provided. Please kindly help me regarding that loan issues.
