Republic Hyundai Ranchi — Regarding delivery date of grand i 10

Booked grand I 10 with republic hyundai ranchi on 13 th July
we wanted the delivery of the car on the 7th of aug
The sales representative Mr. Dharmendra told that he has the model in his warehouse n he will deliver it any day we want ..
So v booked the car on the 13 th itself
Due to some reasons v planned to take the delivery on the 31 St of July, n the same was also informed to Mr Dharmendra over phone on 24 th july n he was ok wit that..
So I visited the showroom on the 30 th evening with necessary documents
Mr Dharmendra told that they are unable to deliver it tomorrow cos they have no car in their stock
And v got to know that their consignment has just arrived today itself on the 30th July ..
So this is just a case of mis selling ;
The sales representative just gave a false
Information regarding the stock just to get the car booked.
This behavior is just not accepted from such a good car company.
