Paid 2, 20, 000/- for advisory services, but lost 25-30K in market. They have harrased me and taken so much money. I need it back.
Right from the beginning i was not properly guided about your services. Your executive Ms. Preeti called me to explain about the services, i felt your services are costly so i denied to register. But she said with 3000/- we will complete your registration and complete your risk profiling and take the rest of the payment later. She told that registration fees is 5900/- since i am not able to afford the registration cost, she assured that it will be done in 3000/-.
After 2 days again she started calling and asked me to pay additional 2900 to complete my risk profiling. There was a long arguement between me and her as to why she didnt inform it earlier and why did she took part payment for the same activity. At last i agreed to pay rest 2900/- as i was not left with any other option.
After payment on the next day i received a call from Mr. Shikhavat, he asked me some questions about my financial status and my investment experience etc. etc. Then he suggested me two packages/ services that suits my profile. 1st one of Rs. 80, 000/- & 2nd one of Rs. 1, 50, 000/-. I found the 2nd services are good but i cannot afford such costly service as my risk appetite is very low. Then he gave a solution to JUST PAY 37, 500/- NOW AND BOOK YOUR SEAT AND PAY REST OF THE MONEY AS PER YOUR COMFORT. He clearly said these words. I agreed and made the payment with a wish that my financeial status is going to improve. On the same day (25-Aug-2018) i made the payment of Rs. 37, 500/-.
On the same day eveninig i got a call from ASHISH from finance team, he gave me my seat # and told that i have to pay the GST of 27, 000/-. All these three people Mr. Ashish, Mr. Shikhawat & Ms. Preeti gave so much of tension and preassure on that to pay 27, 000/- immediately if not whatever i have paid so far will neither get refunded, nor i ll get my services. With so much pain and agony i begged so many people, i searched lot of outside sources. With lot of frustration and humiliation i finally made that payment also on the same day.
My services started and things seem to be going smooth for first 3 days (from 27-Aug-2018 to 29-Aug-2018), immediately from next day onwards i started receiving calls from your executives Ms. Preeti and Mr. Ashish to make rest of the payment of the servvices as it is month end and they have to close registration of my profile. I told them clearly that it was told to me like this. Mr shikhawat has clearly told me to make payment as per my comfort. They transferred the call to Mr. Shikhawat also, he also changed his words, he said company will not work as per his words. Company has its own procedures and everyone has to follow it. If i dont pay rest of the amount within 30-Aug-2018, then the same services will become 4, 00, 000/- from 1-Sep-2018. I was shocked by his words. I just cant beleive my ears, i felt i am trapped in a fraud services all my money is gone. How can i arrange 1, 20, 000/- over night. I pleaded him, begged him and explined my financial status, but no use.
I was under huge emotional trauma on those 2 days, i was confused whether to continue further with you or not. Finally i didnt want to loose my had earned money which i had paid earlier. So, with great difficulty i arranged the rest of the money of 1, 12, 500/- by pledging gold, seeking friends credit cards. You just refer to my payment history you will understand how difficult if was for me. Final payment was made on 30-Aug-2018.
I was looking forward to complete my project ASAP so that i can clear all my debts at the earliest and start seeing some profit. I was under the impression that my dream of financial freedom will come true now. What happened next was a blood bath. Series of losses statrted, my capital went by -ve 12, 000/-. I thought its time to talk to your research team. Called Mr. Shikhavat my project lead, he explained that he has changed the format of working for my profile. To implement the new format he has suggested to pay for some reports (for 9 reports at least he said). Which costs 76, 000/-. I was almost half dead during that time, I was already running under huge debt, I was not in a position to afford my daily expenses also during that time. What do you think if you are in my position. After paying 1, 77, 000/- with -ve 12, 000/- capital if people are still asking more money in the name of reports, what should i do. I should thank god for giving me enough strength to survive so much of tension and preassure. Looking at my family members face i am still alive.
Also this was not informed to me in the beginning that I have to pay for reports in future after subscribing for services. I was already under huge pain. For a 5.5 lakh project customer who is struggling to arrange his capital to trade daily it's a night mare to afford such superior services. I explained all these things repeatedly to all the three Mr. Ashish, Mr. Shikhawat & Ms. Preeti one after the other. In return they stopped my services, kept my profile on hold and insisted me to make payment for reports.
This conversation was going on for a week from 12-Sep-2018 to 17-Sep-2018, no calls given to me during this time. No trade done on these days. I didnt knew what to do, over all this, i was getting negative feedback on your services on internet and some of the research companies also conveyed the same that i will be repeatedly asked to pay money every week with no improvement on work and i will be trapped. These words were in sync with what was happening with me. These things scared me a lot and i conveyed the same to Ms. Preeti also who was in regular touch with me.
Finally she arranged a call back from Ms. Priyanaka, who also explained the importance of reports and assured that project will be completed smoothly with no further troubles. I have to just pay this Rs, 76, 000/- as final payment. After that i dont have to pay anything to the company. Also i can take NOC from Mr. Shikhawat who is my project lead that any further requirements shall be borne by the company till the project gets end i dont have to pay anything further. She also gave me an option of employee card balance, where i can use the employee card balance to pay to my reports partially and later i can pay it when i get the profit.
Her words gave me confidence again, i spoke to Mr. Shikhawat again to ask about the employee card option. He along with Ms. Preeti agreed to support Rs. 31, 400/- through employee card and i agreed to pay the rest of 45, 000/- on 18-Sep-2018. During this payment we agreed on the below points:
1. I have to make the rest of the payment of Rs. 31, 400/- after i make a profit of 30, 000/- to 35, 000/-. Currently our project is @ negative balance of (Rs. 9750/-). We have to recover this first and proceed further. Please make a note of the call performance given by Ms. Preeti over call:

2. My Project target is Rs. 5, 50, 000/- to 6, 00, 000/- == Rs. 5, 50, 000/- in actual, on mutual agreement Mr. Shikawat and team would help me to recover 30% to 40% of my service charges which will make the gross profit of 6, 00, 000/- (with net profit of Rs. 4, 50, 000/-).
3. The reports charges of 76, 400/- that i have paid will either be refunded, or equal worth of work will be extended on my project. Or if i wish to continue with your services with next project, the same reports shall be carry forwarded for the next project.
On above agreed points i have made the payment for reports trusting your company and i hope justice will be done for that. Please dont ask me for any fyrther payment from me, i dont have anything left with me now.
I have not drafted this mail to complain on anybody, i just want to keep all the proceedings to be posted to support channels also so that if some sudden changes comes to me i can seek clarification through a proper channel.
For now, i am requesting you to please speed up, give some genuine calls with good levels and and help me to complete this project at the earliest. I have made huge financial commitments for next 2 months (all made to join to your services and to pay to your reports charges). Hope you all support me to ciome out of all my difficulties at the earliest. At last i have risked my life by paying such a huge amount with a small hope and trust. Please save me. Thanks in advance.
