Researchinn — service charges paid but service not provide properly

First company's employ call me and said we provide call in stock market then i ask the employer what's yours charges he said intraday charges is 7777 per month so i paid 7777 but next day the employer said to me we do not provide special service in 7777 he said for special service you will had pay 96000 per six month and fist time you will had 1/3 amounts so i paid 25823 rupees to this company so totally amount 33600 to this company so company do not provide service properly i sent many emails sent to this company please refund my amount so company say this time we can't refund your amount
