Dear GM SBI Bank,

We have visit in KoTAk mahinendra bank Nehru place shop no g-6, on[protected] for rd 500 withdrawn but payment not received and received the below message

(Rs 500 withdrawn from A/c xxxx 7544 on 260316 at KMB ATM DELON984 .Txn#[protected] .Avl bal Rs 755.1.[protected]:18AM

On the spot we have Complaint after 1/2 hours on customer care no.

18 days given by customer care for resolution. Yesterday we have received the below message.
(Your complaint AT[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:ATM BANK HAS AGAIN CONFIRMED THIS TRANSACTION AS SUCCESSFUL. RELEVANT D)

After received the message we have call to customer care his saying your transaction successfully but I have saying which proof you can tell me but his saying we have not any bifurcation for the same pls visit all relevant document send your home branch.

We have visit same day but branch manager saying we have not any details for the same pls ask customer care for cctv footage for final resolution.

We have recording all conversations with branch.

Please aging check the all details in your end and also check the cctv footage for final report.

We have reopen the complaint but we have received the message both complaint closed without any resolution.

Against the branch updated the status call me but we have not received any call but we have two time call to customer care in time received the message and also call to nodal officer no but phone not pick their anybody's.

Please take the issued personally and closed proper way with satisfaction pls provide the relevant details or successfully transaction cctv footage

Arrange the con call with home branch branch manager or send the appointments from home branch manager so that we insure all details available with branch manager and go to the clarify.

can you check the transaction in this way like cash withdraw from KOTak mahinder Bank ATM through SBI Debit card, details push to SBI for debit and data pushed from sbi to kotak for debit confirmation for cash dispensed but in that time sbi network goes down and my a/c got debited but from sbi end but same amount not credit to Kotak and not dispensed me. so kotak mahindra bank atm of that day has been settled without any discrepancy. as per your feedback transaction are correct can you can check you have reimbursed the same amount to Kotak bank if you have not re-reimbursed that mean transaction is a switch transaction from sbi end. check and reconcile again and also check CCTV footage of KOTak mahindra bank ATM.

Dear RBI Top management & SBI banking Team,

You are all aware for my problem if not aware please go through trail mail.

My complaint not closed till date from SBI bank and not good respoce From RBI.

because SBi send the mail to ATM host banking for cctv footage, but till date not response, and not reverse my payment.

or against sbi bank complaint send to RBI for resolution we have not received proper direction for the same from.

but rbi customer care two time call me from Delhi landlines no (today again call me for stooping mail again and again through this no[protected] time 09:47am), she saying we have not time for your query resolution because we have check December 2015 complaint after complaint the February complaint then w have check your query but till date don't send any mail,

we have request for same send me in writing she denied. she not given me time frame for the same, she say i din;t no how much time done for because doesn't not matter me 500, 5000, 500000/-, this type feedback received from RBI.

can you confirm how much time required because any parameter you have deside for complaint closed.


all sineor team and top management we have send mail but not resposes.

i hope give me from you good resposes after this mail or please confirm you have not reverse my payment.

Kotak bank this transation doen in sucessfully why not given CCTV footage.
