Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — complaint against hdb finance service.

This is in inform you that, (Harish kumar) have not taken any personal loan from account no. 799732 through hdb finance service. But my cibil report is showing that i have taken a loan through the above mentioned account number from hdbfs., i have also raised a complaint against this issue in hdbfs on 23 jan 2019 and i have also mailed them about the same on 2 feb 2019 but till now, they have not given any reply to us.
As i want a home loan for my new house and because of my wrong cibil report, sbi band is not approving my loan. On 4th feb 2019, i have to pay my 30% payment to gaur son's india pvt ltd. But, as my loan is not sanctioned so because of which i now have to pay my 30% payment to gaurs with penalty also. So i grant that this penalty that i have to give to gaur's, without my fault, should now be paid to them through hdb finance service.

I borrowed a ac on finance from hdb finance No. 11605624 immune 2020 .From August 2020 I am paying my emi till now but hdb showing that my emi is interrupted .I go to branch office for my statement but branch not give me any statement and now hdb demanding interest on emi.

My name is shyam I have taken a loan from hdb finance services Ltd branch jhandevalan of 1lakh.my loan no. is 6812720. before two years sir at the first bank employee said we give loan at the rate of 13 % and after 1 year if close the loan there is no closing charge will be deducted. Today I went to branch for close my loan they give me loan at the rate of 18 % and sir also want 4.72 % loan closing charge sir they not process well any procedure and not satisfy the customer. At the starting they said different rates and after give loan at higher rates sir pls recognise my request and take a action for closing charges.starting they said we will not take any closing charge you have to pay only principal amount. Sir pls take a positive action.

I Received Home Loan in last year June 2020. But I Received Only Half Amount Check.
Then they HDb Financers Told us, They are Again Half Amount check we will give you After Six Months. But still 12 months crossed! They are not given any response! So I request you sir kindly take action or do some help about this. Every month EMI also Clear. No Remark about Like CheckBounce My Loan number is[protected]
