Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — cut amount from atm and not refund to me

Dear sir
Kindly request you to i have try to withdraw amount 10000/=from hdfc atm
Junshi prayagraj pin 211019 on date 15/12/2018 time 5:45 pm but i have not found my money andnot refund to money in my account also.
I have alredy complained national consumar help line complain no. Is 1112085
And again complain in pnb help line no.[protected] on date 15/12/2018.

Jhunshi prayagraj mob no. [protected].
Kindly request you to my amount refund in my pnb account as above same.
