Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — demonetised currency deposited still not credited in account

I have deposited rs 24000.0 on 13th february 2017in rbi mumbai demonitized currency as i am working in gulf. On 13february 2017 all day almost 10 hours took for deposting money. Finally i submitted all required documents with demonitized currency. Rbi informed me they will credited money in my account within 2-3 months. But still money is been not credited.

I received a fraud call from [protected] on 16/08/2017. he told me that my ATM has been blocked. am I interested to unlock the ATM or not? Please take a proper action regarding the person who does this type fraud call and saying they are from the bank.
