Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — emi calculation and irregular amount on education loan _ [protected]

I have availed an education loan from state bank of india in 2015 but suddenly on 6th nov'19 i received an sms regarding irregular amount of 23, 302/-. On visiting the branch i came to know the emi suddenly got revised to 10, 867/- for 96 months tenure where as my arrangement states emi of 7038/- for 120 months of tenure but from my account emi of 5600/- gets auto debited. Branch told me to visit racpc (Ultadanga). I visited at racpc and told them the mismatch of emi and they have confirmed me that the amount of 5600/- is set in their system only which gets auto debited every month. I also don't have a single bounce till date.
Branch have requested me to pay the outstanding amount which was never my fault as i was not intimated but still i paid on 27th nov'19 to save my cibil score from getting affected and asked to visit racpc and submit and application regarding this.
I have visited racpc on 13th dec'19 and submitted all relevant documents along with an application form and a request form to change the tenure and keeping the emi amount as 5600/- as it's convenient for me to repay. But again for the month of january i have received an automated message from sbi regarding irregular outstanding and to pay the amount.

Apart from this there was another application i have given before regarding concession on female candidate 1% interest concession but no response from them.

I am attaching all relevant documents of arrangement letter, sanction letter, statement that i have paid the previous irregular outstanding amount and application that i have submitted but there is no action taken from bank's end.

Request to kindly look into the matter so that action is taken as early as possible and also to confirm whether my cibil score is rectified.
