Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Exchange of high value currency on return from abroad in January, 2017.

On 13.01.2017 i submitted an application along with rbi notified documents like aadhar copy etc along with currency (5x500+1x1000) vide rbi's acknowledgement s. No.192/13.01.2017.
Since then i mailed several several messages, letter reminders by post and also one by registered.
Unfortunately non of my reminders were replied except one from on sbn, cell
Mro on 02.03.2017 (From [protected]@rbi.org.in. Latter i had sent reminder mail to this mail id. No replay is coming forth even from this mail holder.
During the period from date of submission of appn. To now i am going sending reminders, and if i am sending to wrong department i fail understand the silence of recipients of mails.
Hope this complaint form yields some response from the rbi.
