I wish to inform that I am the beneficiary of the first ref letter, In this connection. I have completed all payments payable to RBI New Delhi approximately Rs.1, 85, 000(Rs. One Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Only). Finally, I have been informed to pay Rs.12, 900 towards Demurrage charges, as against my pending fund value Rs.4.76 crore. Now my situation in finance is very poor, more over, I am struggling for my day to day expenses.
Personally, I wish to explain my situation for humanitarian consideration
My father A.Periyasami Age 84 Suffering Neuro problem, My mother P.Chandra Age 74 Suffering heart problem Both are under severe medical care, more over, I am unable to replace my house kitchen materials Gas stove, Mixie, Grinder Due to money problem.
Under these circumstances. I humbly requesting you, by touching your feets my both hands kindly consider my humble request and give me exemption or relaxation from demurrage charges rs.12, 900.00 and order to release the Pending fund Rs.4.76 crore in to my Designated Bank account immediately.
