I am the beneficiary of the first ref letter, in this connection, i have completed all payments payable to rbi new delhi. Finally, i have been informed to pay rs.12, 900.00 towards demurrage charges, as against my pending fund value rs.476 lakhs. Now my situation in finance is very worse, moreover i am struggling for my day to day expenses.
Hense, i humbly request you sir kindly give me exemption from demurrage charge rs.12, 900/- and ordered to release the pending fund of rs.476 lakhs in to my designated bank account at the earliest. Please consider sir.
