I have a pending payment of rs 1256 so I tried to contact NPCI to update my money in my bank account .
So I contacted this number [protected].
When I contacted them they told to me Send a message by going to any UPI app writing REFUND RS 1256 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT and in amount you have to write your pending payment so I have transferred 1256 rupees with the message . again they told me to transfer RS3087 and I have transferred by writing the same message and again I have transferred RS1256 .
And they have said in UPI ID you have to give your registered mobile [protected]@icici.
Such [protected]@icici.and I have done so
After that they told me that your money is stock and it will be credited in your bank account in an hour but I have not got my money.
When I contacted them they told that your money will be credited till evening but again I have not got my money.
Now when I am trying to contact them they have switched off their phone.
I want to say that I have been cheated so please take action against them and please refund my money.
