dmate account with icicidirect.Com, while allocation of funds through nationalised bank to techprocess icicidirect on 1st april, 2021, transaction failed for 5000/-. My nationalised bank account got debited, and amount has gone to icicidirect techprocess of which all the details with id number and my nationalised bank statement with pdf pass word protected file has eml to customer care icicidirect since then.
But so far not at all satisfied with the customer service of icicidirect coz almost eight to ten representatives daily tells me that the query has raised and issue will solve within two days. Either call keeps on waiting for 10mint or get disconnected but no satisfactory reply and result from any of them.
So i hereby request you to take up the matter and give top priority to solve the issue.And give credit back to my techprocess or to my nationalised bank account.
