Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — loan is deducted twice from account

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i am a homemaker, residing at secunderabad with my kid and my husband is staying abroad...
Last year i purchased a mobile from bajaj finance with an monthly emi of rs.1200/- which gets deducted every month by 2nd or 3rd. Now this current month, due to this pandemic situation, my husband got little delayed in sending money... Because of which there was a default for the first time.
Anyways, i cleared the amount on 07.04.2020, amount of rs.1650 with the penalty charges. My loan/customer id - 400sfpfs477449 and the transaction ref id is bf[protected]...
But the matter doesnt end there, the very next day, bajaj finance has again deducted rs.1200/-, dated 08.04.2020, transaction id - bcfl:txn:no:6117374 from my bank account.
I have given repeated request to revert the amount telephonically, to the concern manager and the official, but they are fooling me with their excuses that by evening money will be credited... Today is 17.04.20... And till date they have not done so and making excuses that the delay is due to lockdown...
Therefore, i request you to kindly help me in this matter as i stay alone with a kid and every money counts in this prevailing situation.
