As per rbi's reply to an rti about the lunch break timing and duration for all the banks that there is no such provision of lunch hour, the customers of pnb bilari (Ifsc punb0732500) are kept outside of bank entrance for more than 1 hour i. E. From 2:00 pm to 3:05 pm. This is very inhuman and also not in accordance with rbi rules. On asking bank personnal they rebuke customers and raise questions against rbi by saying that rbi doesn't provide staff to pnb for handling customers. I request you to obilige.

PNB still observes a lunch timing of 2 to 3 pm and within this duration, no one even speaks to any client, be him / her of any age or gender. In PNB this hour is supposed to be their get-together time, not a single worstation or cabin is occupied. And client coming within this period is advised to go enjoy Central Matket and come back after 3.30 pm. You can hear gossips, and laughter from all over the place which the staff enjoys during this one hour. Its really pathetic that in this era and century, where we talk of technology and customer service, we still have such working environments. God bless our Country!
P.s. the first workstation displays a sticker which says “NO LUNCH BREAK” in bold and capital, as u can see in the photo posted by me
