Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — matured amount of fd did not credited in my saving account

Address:Near D park Rohtak, Rohtak, Haryana, 124001

I motillal thakarshi parmar and holding the saving bank account in kotakk mahindra bank - rohtak haryana branch having crn[protected]Account # [protected])
Fd # [protected] was renewed on 14th jan 2019 for amount rs 360992 for period of 12 month and 25 days.
It was matured on 8th feb 2020 but the matured amount rs 392376 is not credited to my account till the date.
I have contacted the home branch manager as well as customer care cell of the bank. I am informed that due to system fault and the bank holiday on 8th annd 9th feb, the amount get diverted in sundry account. But brannch manager have to take care to send request on 10 th feb. But it is not done till i inquired on 15th feb 2020
