Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — multiple banks reported incorrect account details in my transunion cibil and crif high mark credit report

This complaint is in regards to the incorrect cibil reporting by multiple banks in the country in my trans union cibil and crif high mark credit reports.

There are 11 incorrect accounts that are reflecting in my credit reports that does not belong to me. And that's not a joke! How can our financial system not validate the personal details of the customers before updating anything in the open forum like cibil and crif high mark credit reports. Because of these incorrect reporting's, i am unable to apply for loans from the banks.

I have reported this to the respective credit bureaus (Trans union cibil and crif high mark), but did not get this rectified since october 2018.

I have reported this to the respective banks who updated incorrect information in my credit report and received emails from some banks that they have removed the details from my credit report, but it reflects the same and the incorrect reporting's are still there in the credit reports.

I have escalated the same with the rbi as well and it has been 6 months, but did not get rectified. These are the reference numbers given by the banking ombudsman in the last 6 months complaint number is cts no-[protected]. Maintainable complaint no [protected]. Complaint no - [protected]/ [protected] / [protected] but nothing has been changed in my credit reports.

If none of the accounts belong to me and none of the personal details in those accounts are mine, then why are they reflecting in my credit report with trans union cibil and crif high mark?
Why am i getting affected by these incorrect reporting's by the indian banking system and the credit bureau even after knowing the fact that those account are not mine. And what is rbi doing about it? I agree it takes time to get rectified, but does not take six months and still the issue is not resolved. Banks and credit bureaus has to take the responsibility of making the mistake in my credit report and should rectify the same rather harassing me for the last six months.

Request you help me get my credit report rectified as all the information in my reports are incorrect. Including my personal details (My dob, address, email address, phone numbers, driving license, passport details) are been updated incorrect and does not belong to me.

All rbi, banking ombudsman, respective banks, credit bureaus and everyone aware of this issue has got all my personal details and proofs to rectify the credit report. Why is this taking more than six months and still nothing has been resolved.

Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint. My email id is the same linked with my pan number to trace my personal information.
