Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Neft transaction not credited to beneficiary.

Hi,
I have sent 1 lakh from SBI to beneficiary account of Central bank of India on 9/08/2016 by NEFT transaction. Even after 05 days, the amount is not still credited to the beneficiary account. I have also lodged a complaint on email ID of RBI. I came to know from toll free no. of SBI that it is the problem of RBI.But I have not received any reply from them. I am in big financial trouble. Please do needful.
