Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — not yet refund my money

I have send a mail to mr. Sameer singh head customer consumer forum rbi new through rbi. [protected]@clerk.com on 5th aug 2019 and talk to with him through contact no - [protected] regarding refund of my money but he has given reply that i have to maintain rules and regulations of rbi, i have to send money rs. 1, 24, 300 or 18, 200 other wise they will digest my money. I have send so many complain from your side but no action has been taken still to day. Please enquire and take action immediately. I am an retired pensioner sr. Citizen. Thank you.
