Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — not yet transferred my fund

I have been send so many Complain through your side regerding RBI Official Mr. Sameer Singh Head Customer Consumer Forum RBI New Delhi Rs.1, 34, 700 Cheated me. Still it is pending, they have not send my Fund nor Refund my money Rs.1, 34, 700 which I have send to RBI. Still they are sending mail to me and asking money Rs.69, 000 for Court fees then they will send my Fund which is under Custody of RBI. They have send form as well as letters through Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance. Please enquire the matter and get my money back as I am an Retired Pensioner and Sr. Citizens.
