[Resolved]  Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Personal loan - non repayment

Dear sir/madam,

My name is balaji i bought a loan from hdfc and bajaj finance. I repayed till january 2017. Unfortunately i lost my job in october 2016, even some how i managed and payed the emi till january 2017. Now i am not in position to repay the emi and i communicated the same to bank. But the are not ready to understand my situation and i told them frankly that i have not paid my rent for last 3 months, still the are not ready to listen. Bank representative are torturing and threatening me on a daily basis. Please help me and save me, or else i left with no option committing suicide along with my family.
