Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Refund not credited in my bank account

I m done the payment using paytm upi and create the order but the item is not gud so i returned it to amazon who created the refund of amount 2499 rupees having reference number aoworwqd0000kam481gx and bank said their is no such refund issued to us so kindly help me
