Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — rude behavior and request not been action-ed from icici housing finance ltd, mysore mysore

Hi sir,
My name is pavithra k. M, i am the client of icici housing finance ltd, mysore. I had taken housing loan (Mys [protected]) of 96 lakhs of loan for 15 ys, at the time of availing the loan i had request for emi date to be 10th of every day but their said currently their just have 5th of every month and their would change it after completion of 3rd or 4th but now i have completed 6th emi still no action been taken.

Again i sent an email and spoke to vinay kumar (Executive) on last week of oct and sent email to kiran chinnikatti (Territory portfolio manager) asking him to change the emi date at least for dec, however nov month i will pay on 5th, it was agreed and promised that it will be done and same say i said it very clear that housing loan should get debited for the month of dec on 10th and later you should not give me any reasons.

I have called/emailed at least 10 time starting from nov 1st until today to check the status, their said we are working, in progress, we will get back to you but today. But, when i spoke to kiran today he said upfront he is busy with month end and he can do it only after 1st of dec i have attached audio clip for your reference. He don’t even have manes or culture to talk/behave with customers, in fact he acts like guns and rowdy, this is the 3rd experience i have with this guy.

I request you to kindly throw him out of the office, just because of this person you will loss the customer or cannot run the business, however, it’s up to you sir to take an action. But definitely for sure i would never ever recommend icici housing loan to anybody. Such a petatic service i had ever received from mysore team.

Action required:- i wanted my dec emi to get debited on 10th and not on 5th.

Hence i am writing to you to kindly assist me.
