Hi, Being a customer since 1989 facing terrible experiences in your esteemed organization. In kolkata, parnasree branch (Pincode-700060) few things would like to mention as i have been experiencing for last few years: Managers/staffs are non cooperative, unprofessional and talk with a customers such a way it gives a negative feeling. I am looking to apply for new debit card as the old one has been expired but even after requests/visiting banks they are not doing anything as they are saying the concern person is not available, once he comes then we would take a request for the atm card. My question how is it accepted and taken as a practice like this? Why a customer should wait if any of employee on leave? Why can't another person would be delegated the work to provide and continue the banking services? More importantly how a service can be stopped/paused like this during the working days. The branch manager has lot of ego problem instead of provide effective and quality service to customers and most of the staffs are better not to talk about them. May i expect a justified and acceptable clarification to ensure for receiving quality and timely service? Was this information helpful? | |||
