I an account holder in indusind bank[protected]. On 1st of june i did transaction of 1k but in atm of kotak mahindra when i put my atmpin during that time light went off then i went to indusind atm then take 1k rs but when i saw my account its shows transaction was done 2 times of1k rs. So kindly investigate the matter because still my 1000 rs is not reflecting on my went off then i went to indusind atm then take 1k rs but when i saw my account its shows transaction was done 2 times of1k rs. My bank is saying that we have investigated the matter and other bank is saying thay you have collected the money but i told how it is possible when i haven't got the money. Kindly see the matter
