Welcome to the Reserve Bank of India Regional Office, The Department of
Payment and Settlement Systems (DPSS) is a new Department in the Reserve
Bank which was operational with effect from March 2005. The Department
is responsible for regulation and oversight on the Payment and
Settlement Systems which encompass the demand bank draft based clearing
systems from any country managed by the Reserve Bank and other
commercial banks, Electronic Clearing Service (ECS), Electronic Funds
Transfer (EFT) System, the inter-institutional Government Securities
clearing, the inter-bank foreign exchange clearing as also the RTGS. The
Department also provides secretarial support to the newly constituted
Board for regulation and supervision of Department of Payment and
Settlement Systems (DPSS), which happens to be a Committee of the
Central Board, India's Central Bank.

We notice that your online banking account required for (AFCC) Account

I have the same question as Mr. Sonny Calooy Jr. They are requesting me to pay for the afcc code. How can i get my fund if i don't have money to pay for the afcc? what will happen to my fund? I'm only expecting from that fund to buy medicine and the needs of my children? Please help me with this? I'm from the Philippines and i don't have that money to pay for that afcc code.
