Hi,

My amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account but the amount has not been credited to end user .

I have raised the complaint to my Bank . Here is the info I have received.
Your transaction of Rs 628 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary BharatpeMerchant account XXXXXXXXRTPE on 05/09/2021 00:12:37 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.
