Reserve Bank Of India — Verification of letter

Dear sir, after raising a complaint against reserve bank of India through your website yesterday I received one telephonic call from [protected] one Mr sameer Singh contact me and he send two letters from reserve bank of India through mail. I enclosed herewith that two letters for your reference. In that letter they ask me to pay 76, 848/-INR to remit the fund to my bank account number. I have doubt about that mail I'd because when I search through mail verifier it shows bad signal.
I request you to kindly verify the same and please send me the report.

Note= when I try to send the letter copy to you it shows too large in size. What can I do, and how can I send letter copy. I need your suggestion in this regard..
