Hi this is Rahul Shrivas, My order id is 20955 and i have ordered a sleeveless sweater from Reservedeal.com, i return that item to reverse deal and received an email from their website that your refund will be credited in your account including your shipping charges. Now they are not replying me and picking up my phone. I want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||

ReserveDeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 04, 2016 ReserveDeal.com Customer Care's response This is to notify against the order id 20955 from Rahul Shrivas that we received the product on 2nd of January from the customer at our end by Overnite express couriers against the AWB No - [protected]. On 28th of December 2015 we have already intimated the customer that he shall be receiving his refund and shipping charges in his bank account by 7 working days after receiving the product). Today being 1st working day after the communication, from today he will receive the said funds accredited in his bank account with further maximum 6 working days.
