I am order number #RD23598. I had seen a top with Palazzo pants in their site which looked good, cost Rs 1499 and I asked them if they had a video they could send of someone wearing that like they had mentioned in their policy. But they said no. I still trusted their site and got it anyway. The day I got it I found the size was big for me hence I requested for a return within in one hour. The moment they found that I wished to return they stopped responding to my messages. I messaged their Instagram, email and WhatsApp, they left me at seen for 3 days. Finally they replied on Instagram saying they will refund. But after that again no reply. I kept asking when they can issue a pickup because I've kept everything intact from the moment I got it. But they stopped responding to my messages all over again. It's been a week already and I don't know what to do.
