They delivered low quality product, which was not even my size. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, email and Instagram. There is no response from their team....

I have ordered a product of 1399 rs from Resham Dhaga. Very fake product is delivered and even wrong size. Now they are not responding on calls, message or even on mail. Not able to connect with them. Very fake people and fake products. They are cheating with the people....

We ordered an item and it was wrong color and wrong fabric and they are not responding after taking money. Their website says easy returns but they are not responding at all....

Product is completely different than the image shown.Very bad quality & colour....

I ordered a dress from this website. The neck was too short for L size and the quality was also bad so I placed a return request. They are not responding to email or messages and are not accepting any returns. DO NOT buy anything from this website....

Horrible quality for the price and unabke to return the priduct ...horrible customer service...an official complaint needs to be file against such cheaters......

I have ordered two items form their site. Found them through Instagram. Both the items are made of bad quality material. One of the item has a hole. I had placed a request for return on the very same day I received the order, it's been 5 days now, and the return has not been initiated...

The quality is so poor and the return policy sucks. The clothes may look fancy on the site but the final cloth is so cheap and disgusting. Shame on you guys....

It's really not good thing to do with the customer, who order there product on ur trust.im not satisfied with the product u have sent, pls its humble request to provide my refund as early as possible....

I ordered pink top with palazzo pant which is worth of 1k and they sent blue kurta with white pant. The kurta and pant quality is really bad.
Even I ordered one Merton top and till now I have not received it.
I sent email and sent messages in insta and watsapp there is no response from them....

I asked for the return on the same day when received my order they sent me the wrong color and the quality is literally questionable It’s been days and a real struggle to reach out to them as there is no answer on WhatsApp and no one reply’s to the email. I requested for a return on the same day as receiving the order. The order was of wrong size and I wanted to return it.
I tried to get to them through several mails, Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. I got no reply from any of my mails. They responded to my DM saying why do you want to return the product? When I explained everything, they didn’t even open my message and kept ignoring me. The posts on their page even has comments off....

The product has a horrible quality and an entirely different color.
They don't respond to emails and texts if pertaining to refund.
Its a complete fraud and I need my money back.
Need for a strict action....

I ordered a dress of worth rs 1600 and it was of very bad quality. Not at all matched with the item displayed on the website. They are not accepting my return request and nor are they responding to my emails and texts on instagram....

This is a clothes shopping website. I had ordered 2 Kurits form this site of which 1 was wrong fit. I tried to exchange the item on the website it kept showing me error page. I tried to return still the same error page. I tried this for 2 or 3 days. I mailed them on their support mail. I sent 2 reminder mails. But they have not communicated. But they were prompt about send mails when the item was delivered....
