Resident — Complaint regarding wild stray dogs.

I am a resident of E114/7, GTB Nagar, Kareli, Prayagraj. This is a complaint that has troubled many people here. There are lots of stray dogs in my area who are biting small children on almost daily basis. They also chase every one at night and also kill other pet animals like hen, duck etc. We request you to catch them and clear the area to make it safe.
