Resq — A.C. Replacement

I am Atul Ahire I have purchased Samsung A.C. at Nashik Gangapur Road on 4/4/2022. If it was bought then 2-3 Days after fitting A.C. When the water started spraying from the INNER UNIT, I told Siddharth Nikam the manager of the store, then he told me that water comes due to the change in the outside environment, and he is not getting my complaint, for a few days, A C. Started spary water more I talking about this for Siddharth Nikam. Called again, he did not give me any suggestion and done me a miss guide, then I called customer service and give all the information about it, then he sent Irfan Sheikh who is a technician, then Irfan Sheikh said that if he is a big ISSUE, then I came to know that Siddharth Nikam did not listen to me doing MISS GUIDE, then Irfan Sheikh asked me to increase the pipe of OUTER DOOR, then my A.C. The man who did the fitting, his name is Samar, he had not done FITTING PROPER, then after doing increase pipe, after 2-3 days, the ISSUE again started coming, so now I told him that this A.C. If you give REPLACEMENT then now Siddhartha Nikam and his team is telling me that if you had to put REQUEST of REPLACEMENT under 1 MONTH, then Siddharth Nikam would not have given me MISS GUIDE, then I would have put REQUEST for REPLACEMENT under 1 MONTH then my problem I haven't SOLVE yet.
Sidharth Nikam should have ACTION as soon as possible to MISS GUIDE CUSTOMER MY A.C. must by REPLACE
