Resq — complaint against service team

I have raised issue on 11 sept 2018 till date my issue is not fixed. This service guys sells it replace warranty people product to unwarrenty person for extra money. When we called them said product which he go is faulty so on. Regster phone number is [protected]. Please take action on service center and one more thing the service technician also don't know much about how to fix or check issue in product it means unprofessional guys. Please take this complaint and fix my issue as soon as possible by this weekend
