2 On 09 Jan14, at about 1610hrs one person from above Web site (name Rajiv) called me from his Co. telephone( [protected]) . on my enquiry, he told me that he has come to know from Monster.com that I am looking for job. I was not convinced and I asked him to leave as I am not interested. But he requested me to speak to his next superior, if I do not believe him. I switched off my mob. This second person soon called back, saying that he is Samir Gulati of the same Co. and their Co have shortlisted me and need my resume immediately. He asked me what package I want, and what are my choices of stations and gave out assurances of job in DLF and Adani Gp. When I, did not show any confidence in him, he call other person named Sumit Gulati to spk to me. I agreed to give them my resume later, but he made me believe that tomorrow itself they need all my details, as they have to make my file. He asked me to switch on my laptop and make payment on line for improving my resume as they said it was required immediately. He gave assurance that they will email their commitment of job as well all other assurances. 3. After payment, then Sumit Gulati again asked me to make one more payment of Rs 11975/-as without this I will not get call for interview. To assure me, he called other person, who said I am CEO, Dig Vijay Mahananda and said this next payment is fee for their Relationship Managers and he gave me full assurance of the deal and refund any time. He also assured me that all this will be followed up by an email letter to me immediately after this 2 last payment. He gave me his mob No also ([protected]) to call him in case of any problem. felt cheated, and said that, they should have told me before hand cost of their full package. I argued with him for almost half an hour, (see call log att as annexure- VI) but finally I relented by making payment .Then again they said that they have not received the first payment. He assured me not to worry and pay it as he will take care that it is refunded in case of double payment. He promised that soon after this he would email me all details. 4. During night 09/10, I received no email, not even confirmation of three payments (Rs4269/+ Rs4269/+ Rs 11795/- =Rs22333/-). There was not even a sms to of any kind. During night, when I read their Web site carefully, I discovered that they take no such guarantee. When I did not receive any email on 10 Jan, I immediately made up my mind and cancelled the deal by sending emailed message at 11.45 AM( Pl see email att as annexure I). I also informed Mr Dig Vijay Mahananda on his mob that since as per their “Term And Conditions” they do not take any guarantee and have also failed to post any assurance by email, therefore, I have emailed my decision to cancel the deal. He agreed to return the money .5. On Sunday ie 12 Jan, I again wrote other email to Mr Dig Vijay Mahananda (see, annexure-II)that my apprehensions about fraud by you are proving true, since even at this dt and time also, there is no ack of money received by you and there is on communication from his Co. side. I also cautioned him for reporting to Police in Delhi, if I do not get any reply by 13 Jan afternoon. On 13 Jan, I again spoke to other person in management named Rahul. I asked him progress on my refund, he was reluctant but I made it very clear to him that I have cancelled their offer on 10 Jan itself. I also told him, how Dig vijay mahananda made series of false commitments . He said, he will come back in two days. but there was no response from Rahul also, to call or to contact me by email. (my email dt 12 Jan, annexure-II) reminding the Co. that I want full refund and that deal has been cancelled already on12 Jan. On 14 Jan, They surprised me by sending me a resume, which was ditto the same which I had written and givm me on 09 Jan. I immediately replied (refer my email dt14 Jan attached as annexure V) that I have already cancelled the deal as such I do not accept their any service. I instead asked for uurgent refund action. On 14 Jan, I spoke to other person, Sr Manager Santosh who requested me to give him time of 48 hrs and he will post the reply, but there was no response by email or by telephone/mob. I have been wriiting them regularly but they do not respond.
