My order number in 609 and reference number XFHMGOUQM
I ordered blackberry Z 10 on 08 Mar 2014 by paying Rs17896/ (Invoice number #IN[protected]
1) On 09 MARCH 2014 they kept order status “Payment processed “
2) On 12 March 2014 they change the status from “Payment processed “to “Preparation in progress”
I talked with Varsha she confirmed me I will receive my mobile before Holi (16 March 2014)
3) Suddenly on 14 March I received the mail regarding status change from “Payment processed “to “Refund processed” without my confirmation.
I have checked on website, the product was available to sell and status was not updated after even one week
When I checked with Varsh, she told me retail bunny cannot deliver that mobile due to shortage.
She asked for bank account number also which I have provided on 22 March.
I have send 9-10 mails to providing all required details for refund. But I have not got any reply.
Persons responding my calls on [protected] are Varsha, Ilyasi and sadik.
Kindly help to get refund.
