Retailbunny.com — Non-Issuance of Refund

Ordered for a BlackBerry Q5 on 18th May and seeing that this has not been delivered even after 2 weeks, cancelled the order. Since then the company has been throwing various excuses and contradicting statements regarding my refund amount and till date I have not received it. Order # 1186.

no product delivery even after 2 weeks

i placed an order for Lava Iris 505 on 08/03/2014...yet to be delivered...no customer care support...no mail reverts...seems to be a fraud...pls help me out in getting my money back...
